The St. Joseph Safety Council has developed a study curriculum which assists (pre-permitted) teens to prepare for their written test to obtain a Missouri Driving Permit.

This is a 4-hour workshop which covers material in detail in the Missouri Driver’s Guide. Emphasis is placed on developing safe and legal driving habits.

The Teen Driving Academy covers topics such as:

Rules of the Road, Defensive Driving, Occupant Restraints, Road Sign Recognition, and other material from the Missouri Driver’s Guide.

There are practice tests administered at the end of the course for confidence building.
