Sadly, statistics show the number one killer of 15 to 19-year old’s in our nation is traffic crashes. This is unacceptable.

A teen is anyone between the age of 13-19.
Teens can register for in person or zoom classes.
A minimum of five students must be registered for the class to proceed.

Cost: $40.00
The St. Joseph Safety Council has developed a study curriculum which assists (pre-permitted) teens to prepare for their written test to obtain a Missouri Driving Permit.
This is a 4-hour workshop which covers material in detail in the Missouri Driver’s Guide. Emphasis is placed on developing safe and legal driving habits.
The Teen Driving Academy covers topics such as:
Rules of the Road, Defensive Driving, Occupant Restraints, Road Sign Recognition, and other material from the Missouri Driver’s Guide.
There are practice tests administered at the end of the course for confidence building.
We offer Virtual classes. This just means that you attend the regular scheduled class by zoom.
